Review this area first to better understand how the program works. 

a) Please note:
  1. You can implement this program for FREE if you do not wish to purchase any of the optional tools from third party suppliers.  In this case, your only cost is printing the checkout materials for patrons.
  2. We provide links to suppliers of the optional tools. These links are not intended to endorse one supplier or product over another nor do we make guarantees or warranties for your purchase. There are a number of supplier and products that will work just fine.  Purchase what works best for you.
