PROGRAM:  "Lights Out" During Spring and Fall Bird Migration. 

DESCRIPTION: The St. Louis Audubon Society and the Missouri Chapter of the International Dark-Sky Association will discuss bird migration in the St. Louis area, and how a group called “Lights Out Heartland” is encouraging businesses and homes to turn off lights to help birds travel safely.
